Peace Arts Zone: Peace-ing our Communities Together
– a locally based community arts project in the Boston area

On Monday Aug, 10 and Tuesday Aug 11 about one hundred people from around the world gathered at Lesley University sponsored by the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association 8th international conference for an intergenerational project to explore the role of peace in our lives and peace in our communities.

Peace Arts Zone in Your Community

As part of the intertwining of social action with the 2009 conference, we also invited local and international IEATA members and non-members to pledge to create a Peace-Arts Zone in their organizations or community.
